EM Contracting VA LLC was founded in 2004 and became EM Utility Construction LLC in 2011 to better encapsulate the identity of who we were and what we are trying to accomplish then and now. We continue to be a local family owned business that operates out of the northern Virginia area.

With over 35 years of underground construction experience, our strength is trenchless construction and duct bank excavations. We have grown and shaped our company to specialize in providing the best services for the completion of any underground project.
